1. Key Definitions
In this Service Agreement, the following definitions apply:

- "Participant", "Member", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or utilizes our entertainment platform

2. Agreement Acceptance
By creating a profile, accessing our ecosystem, or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, comprehended, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement. If you do not agree with any provisions of these terms, you must not utilize our services.

13. Profile Termination

- Violation of this service agreement
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior

13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon profile termination:
